Thank you for shopping at NapWay. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current deals.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
At this time, NapWay ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding to other regions in the future.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipment confirmation, please contact us at danimnzgue@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. NapWay is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is wrong, contact us as soon as possible — we can only update it before the order has shipped.
